Service Technician
Seeking a qualified HVAC Service Technician. Preferred candidate should have (5) years’ experience with commercial HVAC systems, knowledge of HVAC equipment, ability to trouble shoot, start-up of new installations, and controls. Must have clean driving record and background.
- Perform preventative maintenance.
- Trouble shoot failing or inoperable equipment.
- Perform equipment and control start-up.
- Communicate effectively with customers and office staff on work performed and recommendations for future work.
- Coordination with vendors, customers, and office staff for accurate repairs
- Keep and compile accurate records.
HVAC Installer
Seeking a qualified HVAC Installer. Preferred candidate should have (5) years’ experience with commercial HVAC systems. Knowledge of HVAC equipment, the ability to trouble shoot, start-up of new installations, and controls. Must have clean driving record and background.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be responsible, punctual, with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to interpret plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of sheet metal & piping installations and best practices.
- Familiarity with Packages Rooftop Units, VRF Systems, VAV Systems, & Hydronics
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and office staff.
- Able to accomplish jobs in a safe and efficient manner.
Plumber
Seeking a qualified Electrician. Preferred candidate should have (5) years’ experience with commercial plumbing systems, knowledge of equipment, ability to trouble shoot, start-up of new installations, and controls. Must have clean driving record and background.
- Candidate should be responsible, punctual, with a positive attitude.
- Must be able to interpret plans and specifications.
- Allegheny County licensed preferred
- Ability to interpret plans, perform layouts, order materials, and execute projects.
- Familiar with drainage systems, water distribution, gas piping, and fixture installations.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and office staff.
- Able to accomplish jobs in a safe and efficient manner.
Electrician
Seeking a qualified Electrician. Preferred candidate should have (5) years’ experience with commercial electrical systems, knowledge of equipment, ability to trouble shoot, start-up of new installations, and controls. Must have clean driving record and background.
